Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day and you will receive your order in 1 - 2 working days** in the UK Mainland. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the subsequent working day.

*Delivery Exceptions: Certain UK postcodes regretfully incur a delivery surcharge as dictated by our couriers. Please see map below for further clarification.
Surcharge areas include:-

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands (AB31-38, AB41-45, AB51-56), (FK17-21), (G83), (HS1-9), (IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40-49, IV51-56, IV63), (KA27-28), (KW0-14, KW15-17), (PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78), (PH1, PH5-10, PH15-29, PH30-44, PH49-50), (ZE1-3).
  • Off-shore including the Isle of Wight (PO30-41), Isle of Man (IM1-9, IM99) and Scilly Isles (TR21-25).
  • Northern Ireland (BT1-9, BT10-19, BT20-29, BT30-39, BT40-49, BT51-58, BT60-69, BT70-79, BT80-82, BT90-94).

If your postcode falls within a surcharge area, the additional charge will be displayed at checkout.

Orders usually will be delivered in 2 -3 working days** to the UK Mainland on a Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery service, however, delays can occur in the postal network. If your order is urgent please select Next Day Delivery Service.

Next Day Delivery £9.95

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day and you will receive your order the next working day** in the UK Mainland. Orders placed after 2pm will arrive subsequent working day.

Please Note: Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be delivered the subsequent Monday & orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend, will be delivered the subsequent Tuesday.

Deliveries
Goods must be signed for on receipt. If the packaging is damaged on delivery the customer should indicate as such on the delivery note before signing.
Goods must be checked as soon as possible after delivery and any damage or incomplete orders advised to us by email at info@thecampercoshop.com within 48 hours.
Courier deliveries take place between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday* - Friday.  
The courier will try and deliver the Goods twice before returning the Goods to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the Goods.
Should the Goods be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.
In the first instance, please always contact us to discuss returns where there is an error or fault and refer to our delivery Terms & Conditions. 
*Excludes Regional & National Bank Holidays.
Payment for all Goods must be by credit/debit card or PayPal. We accept payment with Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Visa Electron & Maestro, and PayPal. All orders are dispatched only when your payment has cleared. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

 

Working Days & Bank Holidays
Working days are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (excluding UK Regional & National Bank Holidays).
For example: an order placed on Friday after 2pm for Next Day Delivery will be delivered on the subsequent Tuesday.
UK Regional & National Bank Holidays are not normal working days and therefore are not available for delivery and should not be included in processing times.

 

Availability
We aim to keep all Goods in stock at all times, however there may be times when certain Goods are on backorder and not immediately available.
We will notify you by phone or email as soon as the order is processed if the Goods are not in stock.
We will process a full refund including any associated costs such as delivery if payment has already been taken and Goods cannot be delivered within a reasonable time.

 

Returns & Refunds
Refunds Notify us via email at info@thecampercoshop.com within 14 days for a refund for Goods that are no longer required.
The Goods should then be returned to us within 14 days, unused and returned in original packaging. 
Please do not attach labels or tape directly onto retail packaging/boxes. Customer must meet the cost of carriage to return correctly supplied unwanted Goods. 
When returning Goods, the buyer is responsible for the repackaging of the Goods and they remain the customer's responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse. Please obtain proof of posting/delivery.
Postage/Packaging/Insurance costs are non-refundable, unless the Goods received are faulty or received in error.
Please include the original receipt/delivery note. Refunds will be issued only when Goods have been received and satisfactorily examined.
Please Note: any awning or tailgate tent that needs to be returned must be in a Resalable Condition.  
After 14 days Goods are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Faulty Goods If you find your Goods to be faulty, then please contact us via our contact form or email info@thecampercoshop.com within 48 hours including a photograph of the fault or damage (or within 7 days of receipt of Goods) to discuss the nature of the fault. We will then advise you of the appropriate action to sort out the replacement, parts, repair or refund as necessary. All Goods supplied are covered by a manufacturer's guarantee. Terms & Conditions vary from product to product. Faulty Goods can only be repaired or replaced after 30 days and we are unable to offer a refund after this time. 
Faulty Awnings or Tailgate Tents If your awning or tailgate tent is found to be faulty, develops a fault or has any parts missing, please contact us via our contact form or email address info@thecampercoshop.com. We will then advise you of the appropriate action to sort out the replacement, parts, repair or refund as necessary.
Please Note: any awning or tailgate tent that needs to be returned must be Dry & Clean, if this is not the case do not send any Goods back until they are dry & clean as we will have to return the Goods back to you at your own costs. 
In some cases we may have to return the Goods back to the manufacturer to determine the fault or to make a repair under the warranty conditions. If this is the case, please allow up to 28 days. 
Storm damage, broken poles or wear and tear are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If you need replacement poles, air beams or other spare parts, please email us at info@thecampercoshop.com

Exchanges Additional postage charges may be required on an exchange.
Cancellations If you cancel an order within 7 days of receipt, the Goods must then be returned to us within 7 days, unused and returned in original packaging. Please do not attach labels or tape directly onto retail packaging/boxes. Customer must meet the cost of carriage to return correctly supplied unwanted Goods. Please include the original receipt/delivery note. Refunds will be issued only when Goods have been received and satisfactorily examined. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all the information within our website, however, we cannot guarantee that all details and prices are correct at all times.
All valuable orders are shipped using an insured service. Smaller or less valuable orders are shipped by Royal Mail. We reserve the right to charge more for delivery if the order is to be delivered to a remote area or for very large/valuable items. We will always contact you to discuss the options before making additional delivery charges.
We reserve the right to alter our delivery charges in future without warning. Any changes made will be shown on this page. All Goods are sold in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations.
